We are delighted to offer for sale this one previous owner watch an exceptional example which holds excellent provenance namely three Rolex service records the latest being dated the 17th July 2022 since then the watch has remained unworn.
As mentioned above this watch was sent to the UK based Rolex service centre at St. James, Mayfair, London for a complete service where it underwent a full service to its movement as well as a meticulous refurbishment of the case, also a new crown along with a new glass was fitted. The work came to a total of £877.20. The watch is unworn since.
An excellent condition pre-owned 40mm case size yellow gold 'W' serial superlative chronometer automatic movement Rolex Yacht-Master 40 model reference 16628 featuring a white dial surrounded by a sandblasted yellow gold bezel with polished finish numerals on a full retail length yellow gold Rolex Oyster bracelet.
As shown in the detailed images this watch is supplied with the original till receipt (obviously dated the same as the Rolex certificate), both of the original inner and outer Rolex boxes, the two original Rolex swing tags, the three original Rolex booklets, the original Rolex 1996/1997 calendar card, the original Rolex warranty certificate holder, the original Rolex certificate dated April 1997 when first supplied new in U.K.
Additional provenance also included are one previous Rolex service certificate dated January 2009, a new style Rolex service warranty card dated March 2016 and another new style Rolex service warranty card dated June 2022, an original Rolex service manual and the Rolex service invoice (£877.20).
Warranty
This Rolex Yacht-Master 16628 benefits from the remainder of the Rolex service warranty which expires in June 2024 and also a one year warranty with ourselves valid from the point of purchase.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after.
