We are delighted to offer for sale this particular Explorer which was recently discontinued remaining extremely popular. Our example benefits from a complete Rolex service therefore making ours a stand out option. The Rolex service stickers remain untampered therefore the watch has been unworn since.
As with all of our watches we strive to offer them for sale in a truly exceptional condition regardless of the costs involved. In this case, the watch was to the UK Rolex service centre where it underwent full service to its movement as well as a meticulous refurbishment of the case and bracelet. The work came to a total of £600 The service stickers remain in place and the watch is unworn since the service.
An excellent condition pre-owned with all Rolex service stickers intact a chronometer certified automatic movement Rolex Explorer I model reference 214270. Featuring a now discontinued 39mm size stainless steel case, housing the highly sought after MK1 variant black baton dial with silver Arabic numerals for 3, 6 & 9. The dial is surrounded by a stainless steel polished finish domed bezel and protected by a brand new Rolex sapphire crystal. Presented on a full retail length stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet with a secure folding Oysterlock clasp.
This watch will fit up to just under 8" (about 20cm) wrist size without any additional links.
This watch is supplied as shown in the detailed images with both of the original inner and outer Rolex boxes, one original Rolex swing tag, two original Rolex booklets, the original Rolex warranty cardholder, and the original Rolex warranty card dated May 2012 when first supplied new in Japan.
Additional provenance also included is the original receipt from the authorised Rolex dealer who sent the watch to the UK Rolex service centre for a complete service totalling £600, the original Rolex service invoice, an original Rolex service manual and the original Rolex service warranty card dated June 2021.
Warranty
This Rolex Explorer 214270 benefits from the remainder of the Rolex service warranty which expires in July 2023 and one year warranty with ourselves valid from the point of purchase.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy.
