Rolex Daytona 116523 Rare Blue Racing Arabic Dial Discontinued Complete Set
We are delighted to offer for sale this fine example of a discontinued Daytona variant which carries the model reference 116523. Having been replaced with 116503 the options on dials available no longer includes what is in my personal opinion is understated, elegant and a very well thought out dial colour - a blue racing, Arabic numerals with red detailing. Rolex set standards which others struggle follow. Anyone who studies and keeps a keen eye on horology would struggle to debate otherwise.
Having traded watches for over 25 years I have witnessed this model increase in value from £8,500 to £25,000 in the period from 2014 to 2022. I am safe to believe this remains a sleeper versus other Daytona watches.
An excellent condition, chronometer certified, automatic movement Rolex Daytona 116523. Featuring a 40mm bimetal stainless steel and yellow gold case, housing a dark blue Arabic numeral dial with three gold-outlined sub-dials with red detail. The dial is surrounded by a yellow gold units per hour tachymeter bezel. All presented on a full retail length stainless steel and yellow gold Rolex Oyster bracelet with a secure Oysterlock folding clasp.
As shown in the detailed images this watch is supplied with the (not shown) outer box sleeve both of the inner and outer Rolex boxes, the original Rolex bezel protector, two original Rolex swing tags, two original Rolex manuals, a Rolex warranty card holder and a Rolex warranty card dated November 2014 when first supplied new in Spain.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with.
