A pre-owned in as close to brand new as possible a 42mm case size stainless steel & 18ct 'Moonshine' gold mechanical hand-wound calibre 3861 movement Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Moonwatch model reference 310.20.42.50.01.00 featuring a grey and black baton dial surrounded by a black ceramic tachymetre bezel. This particular watch comes on a full retail length stainless steel Omega Speedmaster bracelet.
The Speedmaster is one of OMEGA’s most iconic timepieces, having been a part of all six moon landings. Celebrating the 50th anniversary of Apollo 11 in 1969, OMEGA presents this Limited Edition model of 6,969 pieces.
The watch includes a 42 mm case in stainless steel with a polished 18K Moonshine Gold bezel. The bezel ring is polished black ceramic [ZrO2] with an OMEGA Ceragold tachymeter scale. There is a varnished grey and black dial with all indexes and hands in 18K Moonshine Gold - except the central chronograph seconds hand, which is PVD-coated in Moonshine Gold. A unique hour marker is positioned at 11 o'clock, and there is a distinctive 9 o'clock sub-dial in 18K Moonshine Gold with a laser-engraved image of Buzz Aldrin climbing down onto the lunar surface.
The NAIAD LOCK caseback reveals numerous engravings, while a laser-engraved astronaut’s footprint is positioned on a medallion under the sapphire crystal. 18K Moonshine Gold-plated lettering includes the quote: "THAT’S ONE SMALL STEP FOR A MAN" and "ONE GIANT LEAP FOR MANKIND".
The watch is presented on a polished-brushed metallic bracelet and comes with an additional Velcro strap with black-coated cork. Inside, it is powered by the OMEGA Master Chronometer Calibre 3861.
As shown in the detailed images this watch is supplied with (not shown due to the size the outer Omega shipping box and the original Omega outer box), the inner Omega anniversary case, Velcro strap, magnification loupe, spring bar tool, two Omega Apollo Anniversary cloth patches, an original Omega swing tag, the original Omega operating instructions, the limited edition Moon Landing 50th Anniversary numbered book, the original Omega card holder and the three Omega cards namely pictograms, chronometer certificate, and international warranty. The warranty card is dated November 2019 when first supplied new.
Warranty
This Omega Speedmaster Apollo 11 50th Anniversary Moonwatch 310.20.42.50.01.00 benefits from the remainder of the manufacturer's warranty which is valid until November 2024. In addition like all our watches it is also covered by a one year warranty with ourselves valid from the point of purchase.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after.
