Recently serviced Rolex Submariner Date 16613 in steel & gold
Just returned from Rolex benefiting from an extensive service. Unworn, in excellent condition and with service stickers intact. A pre-owned, 40mm case size, ''U" serial, stainless steel and yellow gold bi-colour, chronometer certified, automatic movement Rolex Submariner Date, model reference 16613. Featuring a blue sunburst dial which houses a date aperture at 3 o'clock with an external cyclops and surrounded by a 60 minute uni-directional, blue aluminium insert yellow gold bezel. This example comes on a stainless steel and yellow gold Rolex oyster bracelet with a stainless steel clasp. Complete with both inner and outer Rolex boxes, Rolex wallet, one swing tag, three booklets, anchor, calendar, Rolex certificate holder and Rolex certificate date stamped in the UK on the 17th July 1998 when first supplied new.
Also included is the service booklet, Rolex service card dated 14th October 2019 and Rolex service invoice which details work done totalling £869.46. The full service covered: new glass, new bezel insert, new crown and the movement overhauled, the case and bracelet meticulously refinished. The work is fully documented to go along with the watch adding good provenance.

This Rolex Submariner Date 16613 benefits from the balance of the Rolex service warranty which expires in October 2021.

An excellent transaction. The watch is exactly as described and in very good condition. Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy. No hard, tough or crazy negotiations, just a pleasant experience all round and a very smooth transaction - the way it should be.
