Can I part exchange my watch?

We will always consider and discuss the possibility of a trade in with you. This can now be done via number of channels: email, What’s App, text message, telephone, all of our social media channels or come and visit us at our store. We will always require your identification when trading or selling to us: passport, driver’s license, utility bills, government letter or document. Please contact us prior to visiting our store.

Office opening hours

Our office is open for trading from 9am until 5pm Monday to Saturday. We stress highly that collection and viewing is by an appointment system only, this is due to most of our stock being securely stored off our premises for security purposes.

What forms of payment do we accept?

We accept all methods of payment. Please refer to our terms and condition.

Delivery

For UK mainland deliveries all items are sent using Royal Mail. All goods sent using this service is a next day, fully insured up to the value of the goods sent and signed for. All non UK deliveries will be sent via a safe and secure service. We always endeavour to ensure shortest time possible in transit. The cost of delivery is subject to your location and the value of the item. Same day UK deliveries are possible, please contact us with your requirements.

The additional cost of 1.65% surcharge for credit card payments, 2.85% for business/corporate and 6.25% for AMEX.

We are unable to supply watches priced so competitively and absorb the processing fees administered by charge card companies. Unfortunately this fee is passed onto the customer which is in line with the majority of other businesses.

Can I claim back the VAT if I am resident outside of the European Union?

The vast majority of our stock is purchased under the VAT margin scheme, whereby it is not possible for non EU residents to reclaim VAT. We may on occasion be able to supply goods on a VAT invoice if items have not been purchased under the VAT margin scheme. Please contact us for further details.

Why am I unable to pay for goods over the internet?

With years of trading experience we have found off-line transaction are the safest possible way to conclude a sale more so when it involves large sums. Our preference is with bank transfer, telephone and face to face transactions. By speaking to us we pride ourselves on a more personal and comfortable buying experience.
