This particular watch was sent back to Rolex for a service and remains unworn since with the stickers still in place.
A previously owned in as near to brand new as possible condition, chronometer certified, automatic movement Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date, model reference 115234. Featuring a 34mm stainless steel case, housing the very desirable blue baton dial with a sunburst effect and a date aperture at 3 o'clock. The dial is surrounded by a white gold fluted bezel and protected by a sapphire crystal. All presented on a full retail length stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet with a folding Oysterclasp.
This particular watch was sent back to the Rolex UK service centre due to damage to the case caused by a fall. It underwent a full service to its movement to ensure highest standards of waterproofness and time-keeping accuracy, as well as a meticulous refurbishment of the bracelet, in addition to the glass and case middle/centre being replaced with new. The work came to a total of £1666.71. The original case stickers remain in place and the watch is unworn since.
This watch will fit up to approx. 7½" (19.1cm) wrist size without any additional links.
As shown in the detailed images this watch is supplied with the original till receipt, the outer box sleeve, both inner and outer Rolex boxes, two booklets, Rolex warranty card holder, and the Rolex warranty card dated November 2018 when first supplied new in the UK. Further, as with all of our manufacture serviced watches we include the service warranty booklet, a copy of the Rolex service invoice and the Rolex service warranty card dated December 2020.
Please note that as a result of the case replacement, the watch has been issued a new '47' prefix serial number. This means that the serial number on the original warranty card is different to the serial number on the service warranty card and the case rehaut.
Warranty
This Rolex Oyster Perpetual Date 115234 benefits from the remainder of Rolex service warranty which expires in December 2022 and a one year Rolex Watch Trader warranty valid from the point of purchase.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy. No hard, tough or crazy negotiations, just a pleasant experience all round and a very smooth transaction - the way it should be.
