The iconic Rolex Explorer I 214270 with a mark 2 dial
A pre-owned in excellent condition, chronometer certified automatic movement Rolex Explorer I, model reference 214270. Featuring 39mm stainless steel case housing a black baton MK2 dial with luminous hour markers and silver-outlined Arabic numerals for 3, 6 & 9. The dial is surrounded by a stainless steel polished finish domed bezel. Supplied on a full retail length stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet with a folding Oysterlock clasp.
This watch is supplied as shown in the images with original Rolex outer and inner box, two swing tags, two booklets, warranty card holder and the Rolex warranty card date stamped July 2017 when first purchased new in the UK.

An excellent transaction. The watch is exactly as described and in very good condition. The vendor was amenable to discussing the price but in the end I decided to buy through the Escrow account system for my family’s peace of mind. Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy. No hard, tough or crazy negotiations, just a pleasant experience all round and a very smooth transaction - the way it should be. I have friends/relatives who have a horological fascination as I do and will be singing Sil's praises to each and every one of them as they need.
