We at Rolex Watch Trader are pleased to present for sale this fine example of the recently discontinued Rolex Explorer 1. This particular watch includes superb provenance offering the new owner full peace of mind.
An excellent condition, pre-owned, chronometer certified automatic movement Rolex Explorer I, model reference 214270. Featuring a now discontinued 39mm size stainless steel case, housing the highly sought after MK1 variant black baton dial with silver Arabic numerals for 3, 6 & 9. The dial is surrounded by a stainless steel polished finish domed bezel and protected by a brand new Rolex sapphire crystal. Presented on a full retail length stainless steel Rolex Oyster bracelet with a secure folding Oysterlock clasp.
This watch will fit up to just under 8" (about 20cm) wrist size without any additional links.
This watch is supplied as shown in the detailed images with the outer box sleeve, both inner and outer Rolex boxes, two swing tags, two booklets, Rolex warranty cardholder, and Rolex warranty card dated March 2015 when first supplied new in the UK.
Also included is the receipt from an authorized Rolex dealer who sent the watch to the UK Rolex service centre for a complete service totalling £627.17, a Rolex service manual, and the Rolex service warranty card dated July 2019.
Warranty
This Rolex Explorer 1 214270 benefits from the remainder of the Rolex manufacturer's service warranty which expires in July 2021 and a one-year Rolex Watch Trader warranty valid from the point of purchase.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy. No hard, tough or crazy negotiations, just a pleasant experience all round and a very smooth transaction - the way it should be. I have friends/relatives who have a horological fascination as I do and will be singing Sil's praises to each and every one of them as they need.
