Rolex Watch Trader are pleased to bring this particular watch to sale having just been returned to us from the UK Rolex service centre. The watch remains unworn since and retains its untampered with service stickers.
This particular watch was sent away by us to the UK Rolex service centre where it underwent a full service to its movement as well as a meticulous refurbishment of the case and bracelet, in addition a new crown and three additional links were fitted, as well as four bracelet screws replaced. The work came to a total of £2185.00
A chronometer certified, automatic movement Rolex Day-Date, model reference 118238. Featuring a 36mm yellow gold case, housing a champagne diamond dot dial with baguettes at 6 & 9 o'clock, a date aperture at 3 o'clock with an external cyclops and a day aperture in-between 11 & 1 o'clock. The dial is surrounded by a yellow gold fluted bezel, with polished finish shoulders and case sides. This particular watch comes on a full retail length yellow gold Rolex President bracelet.
This watch is supplied as shown in the images with the following only: original Rolex inner and outer boxes, Rolex warranty certificate holder, Rolex certificate dated September 2004 when first supplied new in Jersey Rolex service pouch, Rolex service manual, Rolex service invoice and the Rolex service card dated October 2020.
Warranty
This Rolex Day-Date 118238 benefits from the remainder of Rolex service warranty which expires in October 2022 and a one year Rolex Watch Trader warranty valid from the point of purchase.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy. No hard, tough or crazy negotiations, just a pleasant experience all round and a very smooth transaction - the way it should be.
