Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6084 with full service
A previously owned, in a very good vintage condition, chronometer certified automatic movement Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6084. Featuring a 34mm stainless steel and yellow gold case, housing a cream/white dial with gold batons and gold sword-shaped hands. The dial is protected by a plexi glass and surrounded by a yellow gold smooth finish domed bezel. Fitted with a third party black leather strap with a plain stainless steel buckle.
This watch has recently been returned from a UK Rolex accredited watchmaker where it underwent a full service to the movement, meticulous refurbishment of the case, replacement of crown and tube, manipulation of the hairspring, and jewelling. The work came to a total of £1,260. We believe that thanks to the work undertaken this watch represents the best example of this reference currently available.
Sold as watch only. The serial number "755" indicates that this particular watch was first produced in either 1952 or 1962.
Will fit up to approx. 7 3⁄4" (19.7cm) wrist size with the current strap.
Warranty
This Rolex Oyster Perpetual 6084 is covered by our 12 month limited warranty, giving you a full year of peace of mind. Due to age, older watches may not fall within our typical expected tolerances for timekeeping, and are no longer be suitable for use in wet environments or submersion in water.

Its always a bit daunting when dealing by post and with someone you have not previously dealt with. Sil is a good guy, one thing he said which resonates still is that his reputation is worth more to him than the money. I guess if the reputation is right the money comes after. I did a part chop, after 4-5 emails, 2 calls I have received my new watch and am VERY happy.
